Dalloyau gathers in a same company all the talents related to taste : cooks, pastry cooks, chocolate makers, confectioners, ice-cream makers, and bakers. This combination, unique in France, guarantees excellency and creativity, values of the company since its origins.
The wealth of Dalloyau today is its 509 talents, among which 97 cooks, 100 pastry cooks, chocolate makers, confectioners, 4 ice-cream makers and 4 bakers. All different, but all at the highest level, they contribute day after day to realize and create new pleasures. In order to have these remarkable soloists play together, Dalloyau innovated by creating a style department, genuine creation studio, that gives every semester the gustative collections trends, so often copied… Each day of the year, since 1802, Dalloyau welcomes you in its restaurants, tea rooms, shops, and organizes all over France and abroad receptions and events.
